you threw a rock through my window

I’m working on a series of zines, the first of which is about things that hurt. My goal is to have a series of books that address topics that are intimate and hard to talk about, and approach them with humor and honesty (to the best of my ability).

Last year, I got into a solid groove of working in a silkscreen process and found that layering each color worked well with my way of thinking. So each color here was painted with ink on separate pieces of paper, then colorized digitally. I think I’ll stick to this process for a while until I come across something new.

Here’s another zine excerpt.
